This anaglyph, acquired by NASA's Phoenix Lander's Surface Stereo Imager
on Sol 28, the 28th Martian day of the mission (June 23, 2008), shows a
stereoscopic 3D view of the Martian surface near the lander. Part of
Phoenix's solar panel is seen at the bottom of the image.
The Phoenix Mission is led by the University of Arizona, Tucson, on behalf
of NASA. Project management of the mission is by NASA's Jet Propulsion
Laboratory, Pasadena, Calif. Spacecraft development is by Lockheed Martin
Space Systems, Denver.
