Description
Primary Care Coalition of Montgomery County, Maryland (Coalition) is a private, non-profit corporation established to increase access to health care for low-income, uninsured County residents, and more recently, to improve the health status of Montgomery County’s medically underserved. The Coalition provides integrative and gap-filling programs while collaborating with public and private safety net organizations that offer direct patient care. The Coalition’s mission is to work with others to improve the health status of low-income, uninsured, and underinsured residents of Montgomery County.
