Site: Potable Water-POTABLE WATER HOSES
Violation: THE POTABLE WATER HOSES WERE MARKED; HOWEVER, THEY WERE NOT MARKED 'POTABLE WATER ONLY.' THIS IS A NEW REQUIREMENT.
Recommendation:Ensure the potable water hoses are labeled "POTABLE WATER ONLY" in 1/2 inch lettering at each connecting end.
*Inspections scores of 85 or lower are NOT satisfactory
