Review of Physical Security at Remote Hearing Sites in Region III (Limited Distribution) (A-03-06-16044)

Our objective was to review controls over physical security in the Office of Hearings and Appeals' remote sites located in Region VIII.

We found physical security issues at the two permanent remote sites in New Castle, Delaware and Reading, Pennsylvania. In addition, we identified issues at the two temporary remote sites in Danville, Virginia and Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. These issues warrant management's attention.
