O'Neill will hold the United States-Jersey tax information exchange agreement signing ceremony at 4:00 p.m. EST on Monday, November 4, 2002 in the Treasury Department's Diplomatic Reception Room (Room 3311), 1500 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW. Treasury Secretary O’Neill and Senator Pierre Horsfall, President of Jersey’s Policy and Resources Committee, will be signing the tax information exchange agreement.
