Tishman International Companies, an international property development and management company headquartered in Los Angeles, California. is active in the United States and Europe in the acquisition, development, management, and financing of commercial real estate.
The Bulgarian sister company, Tishman Management Company EOOD, commenced activity in 2005 and is currently developing the Sofia Airport Center project, a € 250 million investment. The project will be a 180,000. sq.m. of commercial area, adjacent to the new international terminal of Sofia Airport. This is the biggest real estate project in Bulgaria and it includes mixed use office, hotel, logistics and retail center.
The company has also acquired an administrative and logistics building, currently occupied by the international courier TNT. The Bulgarian office is also undertaking property and asset management of real estate projects for clients.
