General Instructions about the Availability and Format of NLM RFQs

IMPORTANT NOTICE: In order to receive amendments to any RFQ, potential offerors must immediately notify the cognizant Purchasing Agent/Contracting Officer at the Internet address identified on the RFQ face Page (Block 5B). Amendments to RFQs could include changes to the quotation due date, changes to the Statement of Work or any other changes deemed necessary. The Government is not responsible for issuing RFQ amendments to organizations that have not contacted the cognizant Purchasing Agent/Contracting Officer.

The NLM Requests for Quotations (RFQs) Available Page has been established to provide interested parties with quick and easy access to selected solicitations issued by the NLM under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, which have been synopsized in the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps).

Each RFQ is presented in Adobe Acrobat 4.0, Portable Document Format (PDF).

Questions concerning a specific RFQ should be directed to the Purchasing Agent/Contracting Officer identified on the RFQ face page.
