PREPAID HEALTH CARE ADVISORY COUNCIL MEMBERS
 Sharon On Leng was appointed to the Hawaii Prepaid Health Care Advisory Council in January 2006. Ms. Leng earned her Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of California, Berkeley. She also earned her JD from the Loyola Law School and is a practicing attorney in Hawaii. Ms. Leng is currently the Vice President and Senior Counsel at the Bank of Hawaii. She worked for several Law firms in Hawaii, served as the Complaints and Enforcement Officer at the Regulated Industries Complaints Office in the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs from 1986 to 1999 and was the General Counsel at Hawaii Pacific Health, fka Kapiolani Health. Ms. Leng was a former board member of Malama o Manoa, is a current board member of the Hawaii Justice Foundation and serves as a Hawaii Ballet volunteer.
