ADMINISTRATIVE RULES
EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2008
The following administrative rules were adopted by the commission at their regularly scheduled commission meeting on September 18, 2008 and became effective on October 1, 2008.
Please note that these rules are only those that were newly adopted and do not include the ORC administrative rules in its entirety. The updated Oregon Administrative Rules, Chapter 462 - Rules of Racing, will be available on or about November 1, 2008.
