On February 13, 2008, the commission voted to adopt the stipulated order requiring IRG to surrender their Oregon Multi-Jurisdictional Simulcasting and Interactive Wagering Totalizator Hub License.

During the December 20, 2007 Oregon Racing Commission meeting, Will Alempijevic of Portland Meadows announced that on Tuesday, December 18, 2007, Portland Meadows set an all time record of 1.14 million for live wagering in a single day of racing. Congratulations Portland Meadows!

On November 21, 2007, during the Oregon Racing Commission's special teleconference, the commission voted to repeal OAR 462-200-0630 Electronic 1-2-3 with Pick N wagering to be effective December 1, 2007.

On November 15, 2007, the Oregon Racing Commission adopted three temporary rule amendments to OAR 462, Division 160. (See Statutes & Rules for more information.)
