| Among other things, the Council is responsible for preparing a regional conservation and electric power plan as well as a fish and wildlife protection, mitigation, and enhancement program to deal with the operation of hydroelectric facilities on the Columbia River and its tributaries. The statute defines the priorities to be addressed and the procedures to be followed for both the electric power plan and the fish and wildlife program. |
