POST-AWARD REQUIREMENTS

Revised RLF Financial Assistance Award Standard Terms and Conditions: All RLF grant recipients are responsible for understanding and complying with the requirements set out in the RLF Financial Assistance Award Standard Terms and Conditions (PDF) dated October 9, 2007.

Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) Grant Reporting Requirements
All RLF grant recipients must complete and submit the following forms, as instructed by EDA. For more information, see EDA’s regulations at 13 C.F.R. § 307.14.

Performance Reporting Requirements
EDA uses specific data reported by recipients to fulfill its performance measurement reporting requirements under the Government Performance and Results Act of 1993 (GPRA) and to monitor internal, investment and project performance. The applicable forms and related instructions are listed below.
