Treasury Deputy Assistant Secretary, Executive Office of Terrorist Financing and Financial Crime, Juan Zarate, and William Fox, Director of the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) will brief reporters on Friday, January 16, 2004, at 12:00 pm EST in room 3327 at the main Treasury building. This briefing will provide information about the President’s budget request for FinCEN and how it will assist in the administration’s broader efforts in the effort to stop terrorist financing.
