Subject: Petition for Rulemaking (SEC File No. 4-461)

Please note that as a shareholder of several thousand shares of several 
NASDAQ and NYSE listed corporations. I fully support the petition to elect 
truly independent directors elected by the shareholders rather than management. 
All actions should be taken to make the make sure the candidacy of independent 
directors is as easy as the candidancy of those directors promoted by management. 
The current system is similar to the so called elections in dictatorships where 
only the dictator appears on the ballot. This must change!
