Subject: Petition for Rulemaking (SEC File No. 4-461)

Ladies and Gentlemen:

As a hardworking American employee who also owns a
small amount of stock, I respectfully request that you
kindly consider passing SEC File No. 4-461.  

I am tired of the terribly unfair relationship between
CEOs and Boards of Directors who pay themselves
entirely excessive salaries while subjecting
hardworking, intelligent members of the non-elite
class to layoffs.  (And rewarding themselves
handsomely for doing it, of course.)  To make matters
entirely worse, it appears the job of CEO is often
times passed down family lines, making for a true
American Aristocracy.  I find this offensive and
completely immoral.  Please take steps to remedy the
situation.
