To Whom It May Concern:

RE: SEC Rule No. 4-500 Request for Rulemaking Regarding Member Records of “Short” Positions and Reporting and Public Dissemination of Aggregate Positions by Security.

Glassmaster Company (GLMA.OB) is a small issuer traded on the OTCBB. We urge you to amend NASD rule 3360 so as to require broker dealers to maintain a record of total ”short” positions in all customer and proprietary firm accounts in all publicly traded equity securities as well as report this information to the NASD for public dissemination of the short positions by security. Your action on this is needed to prevent fraudulent acts, expose market manipulation and protect investors.

We hope you will move forward as quickly as possible with this very important amendment.

Thank you for your consideration of this request.

Sincerely,

Neil A. McLeod, Jr.
Vice President/Secretary/Asst. Treas.
