Welcome to the online renewal system of the Oregon Health Licensing Agency (OHLA). You can now renew at your convenience, at any time of the day! Before clicking on the link below to start the online renewal process, please read this page first.
We are pleased to offer online renewals as part of our ongoing efforts to create a state agency committed to customer service excellence and regulatory streamlining, which makes regulation faster, easier and cheaper. If you have suggestions on how to make our online renewal process better, please let us know!
All you need to start is your credit card number and expiration date, as well as your licensing or registration information.
If any of the following criteria apply to you, you will NOT be able to use the online renewal system:
- If you have current or unresolved disciplinary action(s) against you
- If you are attempting to renew more than 45 days prior to your license or registration expiration date
- If you are attempting to renew late (past your license or registration expiration date)

After you click on the link below, you will be guided through the online renewal process. After you have completed your online renewal, you will be provided with an online confirmation.
Please print this page as your receipt, which will provide verification of license renewal for thirty (30) days from today. If you do not receive your permanent certificate by mail after 20 days, contact the Oregon Health Licensing Agency.
