- Providers must meet and maintain the highest level of credentialing standards
- Over 60 offices in Oregon, Washington & Idaho
- Most office locations open Monday - Saturday, 7 a.m. - 6 p.m.
- Specialists include Pediatric Dentists, Orthodontists, Periodontists, Oral Surgeons, Endodontists and Denturists

Access goals for receiving care*

- New Patient Appointment: 30 days
- Regular Hygiene (cleaning) Appointment: 45 days
- Non-Emergency Operative Appointment: 60 days
- Emergency Appointments: Within 24-48 hours

Emergency Care:
In the unfortunate event of a dental emergency, please call the Appointment Center at (800) 461-8994. Generally, members can be seen for a dental emergency within 24 - 48 hours. If your regular dentist is unavailable, you will be scheduled to see the first available dentist in your area.
