U.S. Secretary of Commerce Don Evans and Russian Minister of Economic Development and Trade German Gref will visit Helmerich & Payne International Drilling Company, in Houston, Texas, on Tuesday, October 1, 2002.

Evans and Gref will tour completed deep-land oil rigs and discuss the impact that emerging technologies are having on the U.S.-Russian commercial energy partnership.
