On the one-year anniversary of the signing of President Bush's tax cut, U.S. Commerce Secretary Don Evans will speak at the Heritage Foundation on the tax cut's benefits. Evans will specifically respond to points made by Sen. Lieberman's May 20th remarks calling for the repeal of the tax cut.
