INSTRUCTIONS

The National Environmental Public Health Tracking Program Resource Library has resources to help you design materials for communicating about the Tracking Program and Network. This library includes resources from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Tracking Network Grantees, Academic Partners for Excellence, and external programs and organizations.

Examples of resources in this library include brochures, fact sheets, photos, presentations, press releases, web sites, and many other types of resources.

USING THE LIBRARY

The Tracking Resource Library is a useful tool that gives you searchable access to multiple types of resources from many different groups and organizations.

You always have access to any section of the Resource Library from the menu on top.  Below you will find an explanation of each of these menu selections.

Search Resources
This is the heart of the Resource Library. From here you can find many different types of tracking-related resources.

Submit A Resource
Here you will find a downloadable Microsoft Word (.doc) form. Use this form to submit a resource for inclusion in the Tracking Resource Library.

Glossary
Here you will find common definitions related to the Tracking Program. To find a specific word, use Control+F on your keyboard to search for a word or phrase. To quickly jump to an alphabetical section, click the corresponding letter.

Order Form
Here you will find a downloadable Microsoft Word (.doc) form. Use this form to order Tracking Program products and posters for your next conference, meeting or presentation.
