SUBJECT: Notice – Federal Contractor Veterans’ Employment Report (VETS-100A), 41 CFR Part 61-300; Final Rule

1. Purpose. To transmit a final rule publishing a new set of regulations and adopting a new Federal Contractor Veterans’ Employment Report VETS-100A form to implement the requirements under the Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974.
