SUBJECT:    Solicitation for Grant Applications – Youthful Offender Registered Apprenticeship, Alternative Education, and Project Expansion Grants. SGA/DFA-PY-06-10

1.  Purpose.  To transmit a Solicitation for Grant Applications (SGA) for youthful offender registered apprenticeship, alternative education and project expansion grants.

4.  Action:  Program administrators are requested to share this Information Alert with appropriate staff and other agencies. Eligible applicants, as defined in Part III of the Solicitation, are invited to submit an application on or before May 31, 2007 to the individual named in Part IV (3) of the Solicitation.

There will be a Prospective Applicant Webinar held for this grant competition. The date and access information will be posted online.
