SUBJECT:     Notice – Availability of A-133 Compliance Supplement; Office of Management and Budget

1.  Purpose.  To transmit a notice of the availability of the A-133 Audit Compliance Supplement for 2005.

4.  Substance. Annually, the Office of Management and Budget works with the Federal agencies to update program objectives, procedures and key compliance requirements which the Federal government expects to be considered in single audits of Federal programs. The 2005 Compliance Supplement applies to audits performed under OMB Circular A-133 for fiscal years beginning after June 30, 2004 and amends the 2004 Supplement

5.  Action.  Program Administrators are requested to share this Information Alert with appropriate staff and other agencies and are invited to comment, on or before October 30, 2005, to:
