SUBJECT:     Request for Comments – Data Collection and Reporting for Workforce Investment Act, Title IB Programs, ETA Forms 9090 and 9091; OMB Number 1205-0420

1.  Purpose.  To transmit a request for public comment on revision of an Information Collection Request (ICR), which will be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval, concerning data collection and reporting for Workforce Investment Act, Title IB Programs, and reported on ETA Form 9090 and 9091 (formerly WIASRD).
