SUBJECT:     Request for Comments – Labor Standards for the Registration of Apprenticeship Programs, ETA Form 671, 20 CFR 29, OMB Number 1205-0223

PROGRAM(S):         ATELS

1.  Purpose.  To transmit a request for public comment on extension of an Information Collection Request (ICR), which will be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval, concerning labor standards under provisions at 29 CFR 29 for the registration of apprenticeship programs and reported on ETA Form 671.
