SUBJECT:     Request for Comments – Disaster Unemployment Assistance (DUA) Handbook; OMB Number 1205-0051

1.  Purpose.  To transmit a request for public comment on an extension of an existing Information Collection Request (ICR), which has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval, concerning the Disaster Unemployment Assistance (DUA) Handbook, including ETA Form 90-2, Disaster Payment Activities Under the Stafford Disaster Relief Act.
