                         to this session.  However, we would remind

                         them that, because of the need for free

                         discussion of the issues at hand, it has

                         been agreed that these discussion sessions

                         are for their background information and hot

                         for attribution.  For those not familiar with

                         such terminology, this means that you may

                         speak freely during this session and be assured

                         that you will not be quoted.
