• Abstract: Voluntary Protection (VPP) to supplement enforcement and to provide safe and healthful working conditions; notice of modifications and clarifications of the conditions and requirements for the VPP which were described in the announcement of revisions (50 FR 43804) and update provisions in line with new OSHA policies for the chemical industry. The effective date is October 1, 1986.
