Chrysalis Center, Inc. is a private, non-profit healthcare agency providing rehabilitation and health care supports to individuals and families struggling with homelessness, mental illness, substance abuse, HIV/AIDS and/or poverty. Agency services are provided in Hartford and the Greater Hartford area.

 It is the purpose of Chrysalis Center to provide services that allow individuals and families to reintegrate successfully into the community and to foster positive change.
