Rita Rumbaugh

Rita Rumbaugh is currently the Safe and Drug-Free Schools Substance Abuse Prevention Specialist for Montgomery County Public Schools and has served in this position for 15 years. Rita is also serves on the Board of Directors for the National Student Assistance Professional Association, on the Montgomery County Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse Advisory Council and the Montgomery County Community Partnership Board of Directors. She has received many honors and commendations, including the Governor's Commendation, for work in the field of prevention. She is a mother of 4 and grandmother of 7.
