Payment Request system (paymentrequest.texasworkforce.org)
or by phone, using
Tele-Serv.
If your regular unemployment benefits have been exhausted, or you are unemployed due to a trade related issue, call a
TWC Tele-Center to find out if you qualify for
Alternative Trade Adjustment Assistance
or assistance under
Trade Readjustment Assistance.
You may not apply for these assistance programs on the Internet at this time.
Unemployment Insurance claimants: KEEP YOUR TWC MAILING ADDRESS UP-TO-DATE! If you are eligible for unemployment benefits, you will receive a TWC UI debit card in the mail. You need this debit card to access your benefits. Tell us when your address changes, even if you filed a US Postal Service Change of Address form.
