The Texas Workforce Commission, 28 Local Workforce Development Boards and their service contractors work together to provide workforce solutions for Texans. Workforce Centers and Offices (PDF) are located throughout Texas to serve you.

and placement services, up-to-date information on the labor market
and emerging occupations, and can assist you with recruiting, retention,
training, tax and hiring incentives, and more.
 
   
Find the center nearest you that provides job placement services
including access to thousands of job postings, job search resources,
and training programs as well as assistance with exploring career
options, resumé and application preparation, career development,
and more.
 
   
Child care is a support service for parents who work, attend
school, or participate in job training. Those eligible for child care
assistance include children under the age of 13: whose parents are
receiving or transitioning off public assistance; or whose families
are low-income.
