for Russian-American Economic Cooperation (FRAEC) U.S. partnership
activity in the Russian Far East (RFE). U.S. - RFE Partnership Activity
grants support collaborative projects between the U.S. West Coast and
Russian Far East.
Fund for
the Improvement of Post-Secondary Education (FIPSE) the Department
of Education's program supporting projects responding to problems of national
significance, including projects seeking strategies for establishing an
international dimension of issues related to all aspects of postsecondary
education, including foreign language acquisition, the social sciences,
health sciences, and information technology.
Institutional Partnerships
in Higher Education for International Development USAID's worldwide
college and university linkage program, administered by Higher Education for Development (HED).
Interagency Working Group
(IAWG) Clearinghouse of information on U.S. Government sponsored
international exchanges and training programs, including resources useful
in preparing grant proposals.
IREX IREX (the International Research & Exchanges Board) is an international nonprofit organization specializing in education, independent media, Internet development, and civil society programs in the United States, Europe, Eurasia, the Middle East and North Africa, and Asia. IREX offers programs ranging from individual research opportunities to institutional partnerships around the world.
