Qatari general speaks to Coalition representatives at CENTCOM Jan. 14. H.E. Maj. Gen. Hamad Bin Ali Al-Attiyah speaks to a group of Senior National Representatives on Jan. 14 at U.S. Central Command, MacDill Air Force Base. Al-Attiyah, the chief of staff for the Qatari Armed Forces, spoke to the group about Qatar’s relationship with the Coalition and the United States, as well as the importance of international cooperation is in the War On Terror.
