The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Office of Diversion Control, Registration Unit, is pleased to offer a call center with a toll-free number that registrants may call 24 hours a day.

This new number, 1-800-882-9539, is equipped with a voice mail system that has the following eight options:

For application information, press "1".
For procedures to change your name, address, drug schedules, or drug codes, press "2".
For Duplicate Certificate or Order forms, press "3".
To request a fax on the fee structure, drug schedules and drug codes, DEA office locations, or frequently asked questions, press "4".
To transfer to a Registration Support Technician, press "0".
If you do not have a touch-tone telephone, please stay on the line and your call will be answered by the next available individual.
To repeat this menu, press"5".
