University’s College of Business and Economics
Bureau of Business Economic Research will hold a
community and media briefing on the innovative use
of census data to drive economic development at
the state and local levels. Presenters will explain
how West Virginia used census statistics to address
a statewide shortage of nurses, and also highlight
how Marshall County officials – following
a regional labor market study – are using
statistics to spur economic development. |
