Recreational Fees:

Most national forest system lands are open, free of charge for your use and enjoyment. Entrance and user fees may be charged at some areas.

ENTRANCE FEES are required for entering designated federal recreation areas such as National Parks and National Monuments. Entrance fees can be paid each time you visit a forest or grassland.

Sandia Mountain Annual Parking Pass

This annual permit is good only for the Sandia Ranger District. It is available for purchase at the Cibola National Forest Supervisor's Office as well as at the Sandia Ranger District. The cost of this pass is $30.00 per year. For more information contact the Sandia Ranger District at (505) 281-3304. Credit Card Payment is accepted only at the Sandia Ranger District.
