NOTES:
The settlement judge will file a report within 30 days of appointment (8/24) with the Chief
Judge and Commission re status of settlement discussions. Based on report, Chief Judge will
provide parties with additional time to continue settlement discussions or, if necessary,
assign case to presiding judge for hearing. Should settlement discussions continue, settlement
judge will file a report every 60 days thereafter, re progress of parties' progress toward
settlement.
