NOTES:
The settlement judge will file a report with the Commission and Chief Judge re status of
settlement discussions within 30 days of date of settlement judge appointment (12/20/07).
Based on report, the Chief Judge will either provide parties with additional time to continue
settlement dicussions or if necessary assign case to presiding judge for hearing. Should
settlement discussions continue, the settlement judge will file a report every 60 days
thereafter re parties' progress toward settlement.
