NOTES:
6/6/08 - Within 30 days of appointment (7/14/08), the Settlement Judge shall file a report
with the Chief Judge and the Commission on the status of the settlement discussions. Based on
this report, the Chief Judge shall provide the parties with additional time to continue their
settlement discussions or assign this case to a presiding judge for a trial-type evidentiary
hearing. If settlement discussions continue, the Settlement Judge shall file a report at least
every 60 days thereafter.
