NOTES:
Within 60 days 5/20/03 the settlement judge will file a status report on the settlement
negotiations with the Chief Judge and Commission. If the Chief Judge continues the settlement
discussions, additional reports are due every 30 days thereafter.
7/29/03 - Order of Chief Judge Continuing Settlement Judge Procedures
On 1/7/05 the Commission suspended the settlement judge procedures and requested the parties to
provide a status report within 15 days.
5/5/05 - Commission lifted stay and reinstituted status report requirement at 90-day intervals.
6/1/06 - Parties are continuing to negotiate and the settlement judge recommends the
continuance of settlement judge procedures.
10/30/06 - Settlement judge recomends continuance of settlement judge procedures
4/28/08 - SJ advises that participants continue to negotiate and recommends that settlement
judge procedures continue.
7/22/08 - SJ advises that an agreement in principle has been reached and recommends that
settlement judge procedures continue.
