NOTES:
Within 30 days of appointment, the settlement judge will file a report with the Cmmission and
CJ re status of settlement discussions. Based on report that CJ shall provide parties with
additional time to continue settlement discussions or if appropriate assign case to PJ for
hearing. If settlement discussions continue SJ will file a report every 60 days therafter,
informing the Commission and the CJ of the parties' progress toward settlement.
