healthfinder.gov is a free guide to reliable
health information, developed by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. The site
provides an easy-to-use topic index of carefully reviewed health information from over 1,500
government agencies, nonprofit and professional organizations, and universities. Our
Google-powered search uses innovative search technology to increase the number of Web pages
we can index, while restricting search results to health information most relevant for
consumers. You won't find any 'mystery' Web sites here!

Just enter what you want to search for and select the "Google" button to
start your search.
