Partnership Development 
Successful R&D or technology licensing often requires a partnership in which individual entities each bring a needed skill or ability into the process. But where to find that ideal partner? Depend on the NTTC, like NASA has for more than 15 years. Since 1989, the NTTC has been cultivating relationships among industry, academia and government agencies to produce licenses and other agreements that benefit all parties. The NTTC identifies and qualifies potential partners, then facilitates the relationship between client and partner until an agreement is signed.

The NTTC offers information technology support for knowledge management, learning and training products and services, and application hosting using an application service provider platform.
