The small business community has long been one of the most significant sources of technological innovation in the United States. At times, however, companies need support in building alliances to fully achieve success.

Small businesses can now partner with NASA and close the technology-to-product gap. The National Technology Transfer Center’s Small Business Innovative Partnership (SBIP) Program helps small companies develop research into technologies that fit the needs of NASA’s mission systems and contribute to American quality of life through commercialization.
