ETA Publishes Updated ACSI Weights for Customer Satisfaction Surveys; Announces Availability of DVRS 7.1
The Employment and Training Administration (ETA) has published the updated table of weights for use in calculating the State-level American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) scores for the participant and employer customer satisfaction surveys. In addition to providing the weights, Training and Employment Notice 02-98 also alerts the States to the possibility of new customer survey plans for PY 2008.
ETA has also announced the availability of updated data validation software. DRVS 7.1, is designed for Program Year 2007 annual reporting and validation and for Program Year 2008 quarterly reporting. States are advised to create backups of prior databases before importing new PY 2007 data into the software
