IF YOU REALLY DID WIN THE LOTTERY, WOULD YOU HAVE TO PAY FEES…

Before you cash a "supposed lottery winnings" you should contact your local irs and they will give you a number for frauds of this sort. Scammers send you a check and ask you to pay fees from the check to different people. You have to wire them the money. Ask yourself this question if you really did win a lottery,then why do you have to pay fees? It is illegal as a u.s. citizen to participate in any foreign lotteries, so if i did really win i dont think that money is worth me going to jail, don't you agree? Well I did the right thing and asked first before i did anything.
