About this Organization
Beautiful upstate New York is home to Mountain Community Homes of Fort Drum. In partnership with the Army, Actus Lend Lease serves more than 9,000 residents in this community. At the conclusion of the seven-year development period, the project will include more than 3,100 new and renovated homes. Actus Lend Lease will continue to own, operate and manage the project through at least 2055. The homes at Fort Drum Mountain Community Homes have been designed with the active lives of residents, local vernacular and weather durability in mind. Spacious interiors and energy-efficient new homes will be situated in creatively master planned communities. All homes will be within minutes of amenities designed with extensive resident input. Five community centers will become the heart of the neighborhoods, each accented by playgrounds, tot lots, splash/water play zones and other outdoor amenities. Connecting residents to amenities, services and homes will be a trail network for walking or biking.
