	Press Releases September 13, 2005   LIEBERMAN CALLS FOR FUNDING FOR FIRST RESPONDER COMMUNICATIONS   Senator Joe Lieberman, (D-Conn.), Tuesday joined Senators Debbie Stabenow (D-Mich.), Carl Levin (D-Mich.), Mary Landrieu (D-La.), and Barbara Boxer (D-Calif.) in underscoring the importance of communication among first responders and calling for additional interoperability funding in the annual appropriations bill to fund the U.S. Departments of Commerce, Justice and State.
